"For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord."

It's easy to read over these familiar lines without grasping its full meaning each time. A love like that is truly a miracle. That God would love His faulty creations unconditionally with an unswerving, overwhelming and passionate love is the best news we could ever receive!
This is the same God Jesus speaks of going to find one lost sheep out of a flock of 100. He cares that much to go retrieve one lost soul. He never forgets you.
What's so amazing to me is that no matter how many times we sin, no matter how many times we mess up, He loves us the same way He did before. Unlike humans who grow bitter and keep us at a distance when we sin against them, His love never changes. He's crazy about us!
There is no sin He cannot forgive. Not only that, but even after confessing, we don't have to be held down by our guilt, we are free. Jesus makes us free and we can freely accept this wonderful, supernatural love.

Yes! God is love, always was, always will be! Love "keeps no record of wrongs."
The love of God for us is so overwhelming, so furious, so passionate, so ecompassing that it goes beyond our understanding.
He died for us while were still in our sin. And because of us His grace we can call Him, Abba, Father. Nothing can separate us from the love of God. He knows how much we fail, how messed up we are and yet He longs for us. He helps is become more like Him, even when we fall seventy-seven times.

:) I'm so glad He's not a human and doesn't love like a human does. It's amazing that He know every part of us, even knows ways we're going to sin against Him in the future and loves us still!
